At Serenity Gardens Senior Living, a Cardinal Senior Living community in Kulpmont, we’re looking for compassionate, dependable Personal Care Aides who want work that matters.

This is hands-on, relationship-driven work. You’ll help residents with the routines of daily life while supporting their independence, dignity, comfort, and safety.

Some days will be busy. Some will be challenging. But every shift gives you the opportunity to make a meaningful difference for someone.

Available Shifts

• 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

• 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• Every other weekend required

What You’ll Do

As a Personal Care Aide at Serenity Gardens, you’ll provide direct support to residents with activities of daily living, including:

• Bathing and showering

• Dressing and grooming

• Oral care

• Incontinence care

• Laundry

• Mobility and transportation to and from the dining room

• Supporting resident comfort, safety, and independence

• Communicating respectfully with residents, families, and coworkers

• Reporting changes or concerns to the appropriate team member

• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

What We’re Looking For

We care about experience, but attitude, reliability, and how you treat people matter just as much.

You’ll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• A positive, compassionate approach to working with seniors

• Strong communication and people skills

• Commitment to resident safety and well-being

• Dependability and willingness to work every other weekend

Previous personal care, senior living, healthcare, or caregiving experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.
