Description

Looking for a rewarding opportunity? Join our team.

Providence Place Senior Living is hiring Caregivers for our Drums campus — full-time and part-time. You’ll care for residents across independent living, assisted living, and our Connections memory support neighborhood — helping with daily life, serving meals, and sometimes simply being a good friend. No experience? We’ll train you — and we’ll help pay for nursing school if you want to go further.

What you’ll do

  • Assist residents with daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and dining
  • Serve meals and help create a warm, welcoming dining experience
  • Protect residents’ independence, dignity, and choice in everything you do
  • Care for residents across independent living, assisted living, and our Connections memory support neighborhood
  • Keep a watchful eye — notice changes in a resident’s health or behavior and report them promptly
  • Help with resident laundry and keeping the community beautiful

Schedule — pick what fits your life

  • Full-time: 12-hour shifts — 6:00am–6:00pm or 6:00pm–6:00am
  • Full-time works only 14 days a month — 3 days one week, 4 days the next
  • Part-time evenings: 4:00pm–9:00pm — plus a $3.00/hour shift differential for hours after 6:00pm
  • Part-time works the same rotation — 3 days one week, 4 days the next
  • Every other weekend and every other holiday required

Pay

  • Starting at $16.00/hour, depending on experience
  • +$0.50/hour Connections differential when you work in the memory support neighborhood
  • Raise after you successfully complete training and orientation
  • Career path: earn up to $2.00/hour more as you build your skills
  • Tuition assistance for nursing school — we invest in your future

What you bring

  • 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED
  • Compassionate, reliable, and a team player
  • Comfortable on your feet for up to 11 hours; able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • No experience needed — entry level, we will train you (direct care experience or CPR a plus)

Benefits (full-time)

Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, PTO, your birthday as a holiday, career path opportunities, tuition reimbursement, and more.
