The PACE Personal Care Attendant I is a valuable role within Franciscan Health. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Practice Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  • No Weekends, Evenings, or Holidays

  • Respond to participant needs and direct the inquiry to the appropriate party.

  • Maintain inventory supplies, sets-up of the care environment, and physically assist PACE participants.

  • Deliver care in multiple settings, including in the home, the day center, the clinic or in transportation.

  • For insurability requirements, all candidates must be over the age of 23.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma/GED- Preferred

  • 1 Year- Prior experience working with frail/elderly population- Required

  • Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association- Required- Within 90 Days

TRAVEL IS REQUIRED:

Up to 75%
