Job Summary

Global Personal Care Category Specialist – Remote, Singapore | 6+ Months Contract. This role supports global Personal Care procurement and external contract manufacturing, with a strong focus on strategic sourcing, category management, supplier partnerships, cost optimization, and North America market requirements.

• Lead Global Category Strategy: Support the development and execution of procurement and category strategies across Personal Care and External Contract Manufacturing, with a focus on building a resilient and cost-effective supply base.
• Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management: Drive supplier evaluations, RFx activities, benchmarking, negotiations, and long-term supplier relationship strategies to deliver measurable commercial value.
• Data-Driven Procurement: Leverage market intelligence, spend data, benchmarking, and analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities, reduce supply risks, and support fact-based business decisions.
• Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration: Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, and Safety teams across global regions, cultures, and time zones.
• Commercial & Risk Management: Identify opportunities to reduce single-source dependencies, optimize contract structures and pricing, ensure procurement compliance, and strengthen supply continuity.
• Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field with 5+ years of Procurement/Supply Chain experience, including Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Stakeholder Management, and supplier negotiations. Experience with Coupa, SAP, or ETQ and finished-product manufacturing is advantageous.
