Provides in-home personal care, domestic assistance, and social support to elderly or frail clients in Mandurah & Peel WA, focusing on hygiene, mobility, and wellbeing.

About the Role
As a Personal Care Worker, you will attend to the personal care needs of customers, with a focus on those requiring additional assistance due to physical limitations or frailty. You will provide manual handling support, deliver activities to enhance the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of customers, and supervise daily hygiene routines. You will also report changes in customers’ conditions to senior staff and advocate for residents’ wellbeing through exceptional service and effective collaboration with families and the care team.
Responsibilities include:
- Domestic Assistance – Helping with household tasks to keep homes clean and comfortable.
- Personalised Support – Assisting clients to live positively, such as transport to appointments and general help at home.
- Social Engagement – Encouraging participation in activities and fostering meaningful connections
About You
To be successful in this role, our preferred candidate will have:
- Own vehicle & Australian Driver licence
- First Aid & CPR
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
- Experience in care and cleaning role highly regarded
- Studying towards Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) is desirable.
- Previous experience in providing personal care services to individuals with physical or mental disabilities, elderly or chronically ill patients is desirable.
