Personal Driver (Executive Support)

Salary: Up to SGD 3,500/month + Overtime Pay

About the Role

We are looking for a professional, reliable, and service-oriented Personal Driver to provide safe and punctual transportation for a senior executive. This role requires a high level of discretion, flexibility, and commitment to delivering excellent service while maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, and reliable transportation for the assigned executive to meetings, appointments, and other business engagements.
• Plan efficient travel routes while considering traffic and road conditions.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good operating condition.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and coordinate servicing or repairs when required.
• Assist with document collection, deliveries, and other ad-hoc errands as assigned.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage and vehicle-related expenses.
• Handle all matters with professionalism and strict confidentiality.
• Provide transportation support for family members when required.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 or equivalent driving licence with a good driving record.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Driver, Executive Driver, or Corporate Driver.
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads and traffic regulations.
• Comfortable driving different types of passenger vehicles.
• Responsible, trustworthy, punctual, and customer service-oriented.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, when operationally required.
