Personal Driver

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently transport the Director to meetings, events, and personal appointments across Malaysia and Singapore.
- Ensure the company vehicle (Malaysia-registered) is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
- Plan optimal routes to ensure punctuality and avoid traffic delays.
- Perform routine vehicle checks (oil, tire pressure, etc.) and manage scheduled servicing.
- Assist with loading/unloading personal or business-related items when necessary.
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Arrange travel bookings, reservations, and manage household or personal errands.
- Act as liaison between the Director and internal/external parties.
- Prepare, organize, and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Run personal errands such as picking up documents, groceries, etc.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters.
- Support the Director with ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Valid Malaysia Driving License (Class D or equivalent).
- Comfortable and experienced driving in both Malaysia and Singapore.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a personal driver, preferably for senior executives.
- Experience in administrative support or as a personal assistant is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly trustworthy, discreet, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
