Job Summary
You will guide children and young adults in essential manners, social etiquette, communication, and emotional control skills to build their confidence and social competence for everyday life.
Responsibilities
- Teach children and young adults to use basic manners such as saying "please" and "thank you" to foster respectful behavior
- Guide students to demonstrate appropriate social etiquette in public, school, and family settings by respecting personal space and engaging in polite conversation
- Train students on proper table manners and dining etiquette for casual and formal meals, including correct utensil use and maintaining neat eating habits
- Instruct students on personal grooming, hygiene, appropriate dressing, and good posture to promote presentability
- Develop students’ basic communication skills by coaching clear, respectful speaking and proper self-introduction techniques
- Coach students on conflict resolution and emotional control by teaching patience, active listening, and positive expression of feelings
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Hospitality, Communication, or related fields
- Certification in Etiquette Training, Image Consulting, or Social Protocol from recognized institutions (e.g., The Etiquette Institute, The British School of Etiquette)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through engaging and instructing children, teenagers, and young adults interactively
- Willingness to travel for private family sessions
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability in working with diverse personalities
