Key Responsibilities:

Handle pre-suit personal injury cases from initial intake through settlement

Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers

Draft demand packages and negotiate settlements independently

Analyze liability, damages, and coverage issues under Florida law
Required Qualifications:

Licensed attorney in good standing with the Florida Bar

Demonstrated experience handling pre-suit personal injury cases

Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills

Proven ability to negotiate settlements independently

Solid understanding of Florida personal injury and insurance law
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior litigation experience (preferred, not required)

Working knowledge of Florida insurance issues, including PIP, property damage, and basic coverage analysis

Spanish fluency strongly preferred
