Location: Portland, OR | On-SiteJoin our Portland office and become an important part of our team. Some remote flexibility may be available over time as you demonstrate the ability to independently manage your workload.

Note: Active Oregon Bar membership and the ability to independently manage and litigate personal injury cases are essential. We welcome qualified attorneys from law firms, solo practices, and in-house backgrounds.

Job Description

• Manage plaintiff-side personal injury and civil litigation cases from intake through settlement or trial.
• Handle motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other personal injury matters.
• Conduct depositions, manage discovery, draft pleadings, and develop litigation strategies.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediations and other legal proceedings.
• Prepare cases for trial and provide confident, effective courtroom advocacy.
• Develop strong client relationships and deliver outstanding legal representation.
• Help expand our personal injury practice through client development and professional relationships.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon State Bar license in good standing.
• 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience preferred.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload through all stages of litigation.
• Experience with depositions, discovery, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and legal writing skills.
• Interest in practice growth, business development, and future leadership is a plus.
