Location: Greenville, NC. This is an on-site opportunity where you will work closely with our attorneys, support team, and clients while developing valuable hands-on legal experience.
Note: An active North Carolina Bar license is required. This opportunity is specifically designed for an entry-level attorney; prior personal injury experience is preferred but is not required.

Job Description
- Assist with and manage personal injury matters from initial case development through resolution.
- Meet with clients and provide clear, compassionate guidance throughout the legal process.
- Investigate claims, review records, evaluate evidence, and help develop effective case strategies.
- Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, demands, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and support litigation strategy.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, insurance representatives, medical providers, and other parties.
- Assist with settlement negotiations and prepare matters thoroughly for litigation when necessary.
- Track deadlines, case developments, records, and client communications.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff to provide responsive, high-quality representation.
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Bar license required.
- Entry-level attorneys and recent law school graduates who are licensed in North Carolina are encouraged to apply.
- 1+ years of personal injury law experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with clients.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and deadline management.
- Interest in developing litigation, negotiation, and personal injury case management skills.
