Position Overview


We are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney (Pre-Litigation) to join our Nevada team. This role will focus on managing plaintiff-side personal injury matters through the pre-litigation phase, with ownership of case strategy, client communication, damages evaluation, and settlement negotiations.


The ideal candidate is a strong negotiator who can independently manage a high-volume caseload, provide an exceptional client experience, and strategically maximize case value.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters from intake through settlement
  • Develop and execute case strategy, including liability analysis and damages evaluation
  • Draft, review, and present demand packages to insurance carriers
  • Negotiate settlements directly with insurance adjusters to maximize case value
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide consistent case updates
  • Collaborate with case managers, lien negotiators, and internal teams to drive case progression
  • Evaluate cases for litigation readiness and partner with litigation attorneys when escalation is appropriate
  • Ensure cases are handled efficiently and in accordance with applicable Nevada laws, deadlines, and procedures
