Personal Injury Case Manager

Dordick Law Corporation, an award winning personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced personal injury case manager. This is not a remote or hybrid position. You must be willing and able to work at our downtown Los Angeles or Beverly Hills office.

Duties include:

• Handling personal injury files from intake to the filing of the complaint.
• Ongoing quality client contact.
• Working with insurers to resolve property damage/loss of use claims
• Sending rep letters, letters of preservation, and other client documentation
• Drafting demand letters
• Scheduling client medical appointments and requesting medical records and billing.

Qualities needed:

• Spanish fluency - speaking, reading and writing
• Minimum 3 years PLAINTIFF personal injury experience
• Knowledge of the injury claim process with insurance companies
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology with regard to PI injuries
• Careful attention to detail
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks
