This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced plaintiff-side attorney to take ownership of a meaningful caseload, work alongside a collaborative legal team, and advance within a growing organization.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a full caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through settlement
  • Investigate cases, review medical records, and develop strategies to maximize case value
  • Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
  • Maintain compassionate, effective communication with clients throughout their cases
  • Partner with case managers, legal assistants, and lien negotiators to move cases forward

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience
  • Active attorney in good standing and admitted to practice in Illinois
  • Strong case management, negotiation, and client advocacy skills
  • English/Spanish bilingual ability strongly preferred
  • Stable employment history and demonstrated commitment to prior roles
  • Comfortable working in-office 5 days per week in Chicago
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder; visa sponsorship is not available
