Location

Note

Candidates must hold an active Florida Bar license and have at least 4 years of overall attorney experience, including 1+ years of personal injury experience. Experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury pre-litigation cases is strongly preferred.

Job Description

• Manage personal injury pre-litigation cases from initial intake through settlement negotiations.
• Investigate accident claims, evaluate liability, and assess damages to develop effective case strategies.
• Draft persuasive demand letters and negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters.
• Review medical records, treatment histories, insurance coverage, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance representatives, and other involved parties.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and case managers to keep cases moving efficiently.
• Identify cases requiring litigation and assist with a smooth transition when necessary.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license.
• 4+ years of experience practicing law.
• 1+ years of personal injury law experience.
• Familiarity with personal injury claims, insurance negotiations, and settlement processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and case management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters while delivering excellent client service.
• Plaintiff-side personal injury pre-suit experience preferred.
