Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of experience with personal insurance in a brokerage setting
• Active Property & Casualty License
• MS Office
• Insurance knowledge, including coverage, product knowledge, and familiarity with agency functions and procedures
• You have experience working with agency management systems.

What you will be doing:

• Engage with customers through phone calls, efficiently connect them to the right departments, and provide insightful answers to their inquiries.
• Elevate every client interaction by delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
• Manage insurance claim filing and processing
• Answer client’s billing, claims, coverage questions, etc.
• Assist with cancellation notices and evaluating renewal policies
