McCulloch Insurance is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager who thrives on delivering top-tier client experiences, cultivating genuine relationships, and keeping every detail perfectly organized. Position: Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
In-Office (5 days/week): This arrangement is intended for candidates with less than 1 year of experience or no prior experience. Licensing support will be provided.
Hybrid or Remote: This option is available for candidates with relevant experience, based on qualifications and role requirements.
Additional Flexibility: Part-time working arrangements may be considered based on candidate requirements.
Work Location: 77 Centre St, Espanola ON P5E 1S4
Pay: Starting From $45,000 annually + NBS commission
What You Will Do:
Service and grow a personal lines portfolio
Handle new business, renewals, endorsements, and accounts receivable
Advise clients on coverage and support policy/claims inquiries
Maintain accurate records in our broker management system
Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and colleagues
What You Bring:
Provincial insurance license (Level 1 or RIBO) is required
Minimum 3 years of insurance experience as direct writer or from any brokage company is an asset.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and broker management systems
CAIB, CIP, other insurance related designations are an asset
