What You'll Actually Do

You won't sit behind a desk all day. You’ll be the face of Wells in Brunswick County—meeting with individuals and families, building trust, and offering tailored protection that actually makes sense.

You’ll:

• Talk with real people about their lives—homes, cars, boats, dreams—and help them protect what they’ve built
• Partner with our marketing and account management teams to build strong proposals and smooth onboarding
• Work with carriers to secure quotes and match the right products to the right situations
• Cross-sell and round accounts (when it fits!) to make sure clients are fully covered—not over-covered
• Be a visible, respected member of the community—because referrals still matter here, and you’re someone people remember
