Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness consultations and assessments and create personalized training programs.

• Deliver safe, engaging training sessions and educate clients on exercise, nutrition, cardiovascular fitness, resistance training, and healthy habits.

• Build and retain a client base through relationships and outreach.

• Track progress and adjust programs to support member goals.

• Maintain a clean, safe training environment and collaborate with club staff.

• Uphold Crunch standards and our “No Judgments” philosophy.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent), or ability to obtain within an approved timeframe.

• Current CPR/AED certification, or willingness to obtain before employment.

• Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills, with a passion for helping people of all fitness levels.

• Availability for at least 32 hours per week, including one weekend shift.

• Ability to demonstrate exercises and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Preferred: Fitness industry experience; related degree or coursework; experience in consultations, sales, and client retention.

Compensation & Benefits

• Earning potential up to $36/hour through $12.00/hour base pay plus bi-weekly commission.
