Responsibilities:

Personal Training

• Build and maintain a client base through conducting paid sessions.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients’ goals.
• Track progress and adjust programs, as clients progress, helping to ensure retention.
• Motivate and inspire clients to get results through goal setting and frequent follow-up, assist them to push past physical and mental plateaus.
• Contribute to the member experience by engaging members with enthusiasm and respect.
• Demonstrate safe and proper exercise technique to members contributing to and enhancing the overall member experience.
• Maintain knowledge of all company-offered services, programs, and products as part of our member commitment.
• Active participation in any required meetings.
