Personnel Administration & Organization Management Administrator with French

About a role:
As an Organization Management Administrator, you manage personnel data and maintain the organizational structure within HR systems (SAP/MyHR), ensuring that all changes are implemented accurately and on time. You support HR colleagues and Human Resources Managers (RRH) and ensure data synchronization between local and global systems. As a Personnel Administration Administrator, you manage HR administrative processes for employees, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, internal policies, and data quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the organizational structure in SAP (OM), including units, positions, reporting lines, cost centers, PMDR and SWP data, and local codification rules
- Process requests via HR Renewal or SAP backend and ensure timely implementation of changes
- Monitor data interfaces and resolve errors between local and transversal systems, implementing sustainable solutions
- Collaborate with Data Quality Centre and HR Shared Services to ensure data accuracy
- Support HR users and managers with system usage and process-related questions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and data quality
- Manage employee administrative processes including onboarding, contractual updates, and personnel file maintenance
- Coordinate workforce administration requests via Neocase
- Administer employee time and attendance records and track absences (leave, part-time, exceptional cases)
- Manage advance payment requests and administrative follow-up
- Support occupational accident declarations and employee representative mandates
- Coordinate apprenticeship and work-study (alternance) administration
- Manage medical restrictions, exemptions, and supporting documentation
- Ensure collection, validation, and maintenance of employee documents
- Ensure compliance with labor law, collective agreements, and internal HR policies
- Liaise with managers, employees, payroll teams, and external stakeholders
- Maintain HR data quality across systems and files
Requirements & Competencies
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Payroll, HR, or a related field
- Experience in HR administration and/or organizational management
- Experience in payroll and personnel administration data management
- Knowledge of payroll in France, including apprentices
- Knowledge of the National Collective Agreement for Metallurgy and AM France agreements
- Understanding of payroll regulations and time management rules in France
- Proficiency in SAP HR and Neocase tools
- Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office tools
- Fluent French and English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
