Pest Control B2B Sales Partner — 20% Deal Commission
Compensation: 5.0% – 20.0%
Blastek has already built Pest Manager, a substantial pest-control management platform.
THIS IS NOT A SALARIED ROLE.
There is no salary, hourly payment, retainer or upfront compensation.
Blastek provides the complete technical side. We are looking for commercial partners who can bring paying customers.
The product has three web surfaces:
• Public website • Owner/admin platform • Operational pest-control system
The platform is built with a SaaS architecture, but our immediate sales focus is dedicated/custom deployments for individual pest-control companies.
For those customers, the SaaS layer can be removed or adapted while the main admin/operational product is customized to their workflows, integrations, reports, mobile needs or other requirements.
YOUR ROLE
• Learn the existing product thoroughly • Give practical observations based on your own judgement, not generic AI-generated feature lists • Prospect pest-control companies • Run discovery and demos • Identify customer requirements • Progress proposals and follow-up • Help close paying customers
Blastek handles technical implementation and pricing for the base product/custom requirements.
COMPENSATION
For qualifying customer deals you personally source and materially help close:
20% of agreed Net Collected Revenue.
Commission is paid after successful customer payment. The exact calculation, exclusions, payment timing and responsibilities will be defined in a written contract before commercial activity begins.
No company formation or upfront investment is required to join. Sales Partners work independently on a commission-only basis. Partners are responsible for providing any tax or payment documentation legally required in their country to receive commission payments.
Long-term project-specific equity / revenue participation is also available for partners who continue contributing materially to Pest Manager.
Blastek is developing many additional software products, so strong commercial partners may also have opportunities in future ventures under separate arrangements.
We are NOT looking for: • developers/agencies • passive advisors • generic AI ideas • people expecting salary • people who only generate leads and do not help progress sales
