Salary:

• Entry / No Experience: $2,400 Basic + 2.5% Sales Commission

• 3+ Years Experience: $2,700 Basic + 2.5% Sales Commission

About the Role

We are looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and patient to join our growing vector control team.

This isn't just a basic technician job—we are looking for someone to learn the ropes, handle day-to-day site operations, and eventually help lead and train a new team as we expand.

You’ll be on the move driving to different sites, carrying out pest and vector control treatments, and getting hands-on with the work. Plus, if you pick up sales inquiries on the job or bring in your own clients, you get a 2.5% commission on top of your basic pay (and our Project Managers will help you quote and close the deal).

What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day:

• On-Site Vector & Pest Control: Driving to client sites to handle spraying, misting, thermal fogging, baiting, soil treatments, and mesh installations.

• Problem Solving on the Ground: Inspecting sites, identifying pest issues (mosquitoes, rodents, general pests), and applying the right treatments safely.

• Client Contact & Sales Opportunities: Talking to site managers or homeowners. When they need a quote, pass the details to our Project Manager—we’ll help you close it so you earn your 2.5% commission.

• Team Building: Learning our operational standards inside and out so you can help train new technicians as the team grows.
