Job Details:
- Assisting the Branch Manager with daily operations to achieve branch and company goals.
- Position requires interaction with Pest and Termite Technicians, Account Managers, Customer Service Representatives, and Support Center Personnel.
- Coaching and counseling of employees when required
- Management of applied driver safety technology
- Maintaining a clean, presentable fleet of vehicles
- Comprehension and knowledge of pest control products and their application
- Chemical inventory ordering and management
- Approval of payroll and time-off requests from direct reports
