We are looking for a full-time PET/CT Technologist to work 3 days a week at the following locations:
Tuesday - Middletown, NY
Wednesday - Suffern, NY
Friday - Paterson, NJ
We offer an excellent compensation package plus an annual profit-share bonus of 4%, cell phone stipend, clothing allowance and much more!
Routes are subject to change based upon business needs. Must be willing and flexible to travel occasionally to other sites within the region to provide back up support.
Essential Duties
- Utilizes radiopharmaceuticals as well as oral and IV contrast agents to perform a variety of diagnostic PET, PET/CT and CT examinations.
- Providing quality patient care and comfort and ensuring patient safety during the procedure.
- Explaining medical procedures to patients and answering any questions they may have.
- Performing a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment.
- Working in collaboration with radiologists who depend on the technologist to ensure that an imaging test goes smoothly and that precise, detailed images are captured.
- This position may be required to travel up to 100% of the time.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
