Responsibilities
- Customer relationship and service management
- Assist and provide professional advice / recommendations on enquiries for Pet related products
- Fulfilling and packing of online orders
- Maintain and upkeep the retail store / equipment for its daily operations
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- No experience needed
- Positive working and learning attitude
- Self-driven, meticulous and takes pride in their work
- Good customer service oriented
- Willing to work in Serangoon North Area
