PG - QC Engineer 品管工程師 (安南)

POSITION SUMMARY

Purpose

This position is mainly responsible for implementing quality inspection for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure quality is maintained; then input analysis results into system to generate COA report.

本職位主要負責對於入廠原料，製程中及產品品質之檢驗作業，以確保品質，並將分析結果輸入系統中以產出分析報告。

Nature and Scope

This position reports to the supervisor of QC department in Chupei plant. The Quality inspectors are required to work with manufacturing team during the production process, started from the plant incoming raw materials, in-process production materials, till the end of finished products, to ensure all the quality fulfill the perspective specifications in the plant.

品質檢驗人員報告給安南廠品管課課長該員需要在產品於生產過程中與廠內的生產團隊合作，從生產程序前之入廠原料開始，到製程中的半成品，最後到生產出來的產品品質，皆需確保其符合各自所訂定之規格.

DIMENSIONS

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Must adhere to all operational and Safety procedures in the handling of gases and liquids in the plant.

必須遵循廠內所有的操作及安全程序。

Responsible for incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.

負責入廠原料之規格確認，品質分析及不合格物料之退貨 。

Responsible for in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.

負責製程中氣體品質之規格確認，品質分析及將分析結果與現場生產主管進行必要之溝通。

Responsible for finished products by confirming specifications; conducting measurement tests; returning products for re-analysis.

負責產品之規格確認，品質分析，不合格品之退貨及退回客怨瓶之分析再確認。

Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into SAP system and generating COA.

文件化相關之分析數據及結果，及將結果輸入SAP系統，產出分析報告。

Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions; conducting instruments calibration and maintenance for all analysis instruments.

遵循標準操作步驟進行物料分析，儀器校正及所有分析設備之維護

To be responsible for maintaining, updating and implementing related ISO systems periodically, and to assist member any of AP staff on working procedures changes or review and submission of new procedures.

負責定期執行及維護相關之ISO系統，操作程序之變更、審查及新作業程序之提報。

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor degree graduates in Chemistry or Physics related field

Special skills, knowledge and techniques in analytical, and operating instrumentation

Knowledge of ISO 9001

Must be hands-on and possess strong troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Proficient in English speaking and writing

Proficient in written and oral communication skill

Able to work independently as well as in a team
