We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PGT Psychology cum School Counselor to join our esteemed institution located near South City-II, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess a Postgraduate degree in Psychology and have a strong background in counseling within a school environment. This role is pivotal in supporting the mental health and well-being of our students, as well as providing guidance to parents and staff. Key Responsibilities include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, facilitating workshops for parents, teachers, and students, and teaching Psychology to classes 11 and 12. The candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with students, parents, and faculty. Experience in a CBSE school setting is mandatory, as it ensures familiarity with the educational framework and student needs. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 17 years of relevant experience, showcasing a proven track record in counseling and teaching. We offer a competitive salary package, with compensation ranging from 8.0 Lakh to 24.0 Lakh INR per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
