PGT Psychology cum School Counselor

The ideal candidate will possess a Postgraduate degree in Psychology and have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience working in a reputable school setting. This role is crucial in providing psychological support and guidance to students, parents, and staff, fostering a positive and conducive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for students to address academic, social, and emotional challenges. - Organize and facilitate workshops for parents, teachers, and staff to enhance understanding of psychological issues and promote mental well-being. - Teach Psychology to classes 11 and 12, ensuring that the curriculum is engaging and informative. - Collaborate with school administration to develop programs that support student mental health and well-being. - Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with school policies.
