Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operator (GMP): Compression/Mixing and Weighing

Currently, from the Coslada delegation, we are looking for Manufacturing Operators (Compression and Mixing); and Weighing Operators, for Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid).

What you'll do

1. Compression and Mixing Operator (afternoon shift, M-F | indicative schedule 14:00-22:00):

• Operation and monitoring of compression manufacturing machines and equipment.
• In-process controls (according to product manufacturing standards).
• Partial or complete cleaning of machines in accordance with SOPs.
• Cleaning and keeping the workstation tidy.
• Assembly and disassembly of formats/compositions on the machine according to the product to be manufactured.
• Support in resolving incidents and machine adjustments.
• Notation and completion of batch documentation.
• Support in training new hires.
• Participation in improvement proposals and Quality and Continuous Improvement plan meetings.

2. Weighing Operator (morning shift, M-F | indicative schedule 6:30-14:30):

• Execution of ingredient weighing for orders in CAP.
• Partial or complete cleaning of the weighing station in accordance with SOPs.

We will tell you the main requirements and other skills for the position:

• Availability for immediate start.
• Essential: previous experience in the pharmaceutical sector performing similar functions and familiarity with GMP regulations (minimum 6 months)
• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Availability to work in the afternoon shift (Compression and Mixing) and/or morning shift (Weighing).
• For Compression and Mixing: experience in manufacturing/production (process directly with the product), especially in compression and/or mixing. This is not a conditioning/packaging profile.
• For Weighing: ability to perform tasks with moderate physical demand and regular manual handling of loads
• Studies in Chemical Plant are valued.
• Basic level IT and English are valued.
• Be methodical, organized, and quality-oriented.
