Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Promote and present healthcare and pharmaceutical products through regular client visits and product presentations.
• Plan and manage daily schedules to maximize customer engagement and territory coverage.
• Prepare quotations and process orders using product information and pricing materials.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and support business growth.
• Prepare regular sales reports, activity updates, and territory performance analyses.
• Participate in product training, industry workshops, and professional development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales objectives.
• Deliver a positive customer experience while consistently working towards individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Passion for sales, relationship building, and the healthcare industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
• Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
