- Deliver specialized pharmacy care to ensure safe and accurate medication therapy.
- Review medication orders and recommend evidence-based alternatives to protect patient safety.
- Partner with clinical staff to provide expert drug information and enhance treatment outcomes.
- Mentor pharmacy students and supervise technical workflows to maintain operational efficiency.
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- Required Credential(s):
- Pharmacist credentialed from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
Additional Preferences
- 3 Years Recent Inpatient/Hospital Experience
- IV/Sterile Compounding Certification
