Schedule: Full-Time | Evenings | 11:30am–11pm | Wednesday-Tuesday

Sign-on Bonus: $10,000

• Evaluate and verify inpatient medication orders to prevent adverse events, ensuring accurate dosages and therapeutic appropriateness for optimal patient safety.
• Partner directly with physicians, nurses and clinical teams during interdisciplinary rounds to design evidence-based drug therapies that elevate care quality.
• Compound, prepare and inspect specialized sterile and non-sterile medications, including IV admixtures, while maintaining strict quality standards to protect patient health.
• Monitor active patient drug regimens and conduct thorough medication reconciliations to streamline clinical workflows and improve patient outcomes.

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  • Pharmacist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required. Master's degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy preferred.

Additional Preferences:

• 2+ years of experience in hospital pharmacy preferred
• A working knowledge of computers
• Excellent interpersonal skills, in-person and via phone
