Pharmacy- Clinical Operations Assistant

The Pharmacy - Clinical Operations Assistant exists to ensure operational efficiency and uninterrupted clinical support within Quro Medical's pharmaceutical operations function. The role provides dedicated day-to-day operational and clinical support — acting as the key liaison between in-house clinicians, dispensing pharmacy partners, command centre and funders.

Specific post requirements:

• May be required to work flexible hours and provide after-hours follow-up on urgent authorisations and pharmacy operational matters.
• Occasional travel may be required for engagement with dispensing pharmacy partners or for site/operational coordination needs.
• Required to handle Personal and Health Information in line with POPIA and internal data protection / confidentiality policies.

Qualifications for the role:

• A pharmacy-related qualification or equivalent.
• Current registration with the relevant regulatory body, where applicable to the qualification held.
• A relevant additional qualification or certification in healthcare administration, managed care or pharmacy operations would be advantageous.
