Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is maintained according to operational requirements.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against supporting documentation.
- Store and organize pharmacy supplies accurately within designated storage and temperature-controlled areas.
- Process stock replenishment requests to support daily operations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized inventory and storage environment.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve inventory discrepancies and delivery issues.
- Ensure inventory records are updated accurately and promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N Levels and above, GCE O Levels and above, GCE A Levels and above, or equivalent qualifications.
- Training will be provided; applicants with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to commence work within a short notice period.
