Pharmacy Manager - Central Butte, SK

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Galloway’s Pharmacy.
• Dispense prescriptions accurately and safely.
• Provide medication counselling, medication reviews, and other clinical pharmacy services.
• Develop lasting relationships with patients and provide personalized, compassionate care.
• Work collaboratively with local physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Lead, mentor, and support pharmacy staff.
• Manage pharmacy workflow, inventory, ordering, and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Saskatchewan legislation, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.
• Participate in vaccinations and other expanded-scope pharmacy services, as authorized.
• Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, privacy, and quality of care.
• Identify opportunities to enhance pharmacy services and better serve the community.

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
• Current registration, or eligibility for registration, with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals (SCPP).
• Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience is an asset.
• Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient-centred care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make sound professional decisions.
• A friendly, approachable personality and genuine interest in serving a close-knit community.
