Job Title: Pharmacy Manager
Location: Misrata
Contract: 2 years renewable
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee entire hospital pharmacy operations (inpatient + outpatient).
- Manage drug procurement, inventory, narcotics, and cold-chain.
- Lead clinical pharmacy team, antibiotic stewardship, and PTC meetings.
- Ensure compliance with Libyan MOH regulations and JCI standards (where applicable).
- Budgeting, staff training, and policy implementation.
Requirements
- PharmD or M.Pharm + Master’s in Hospital Pharmacy Management is a plus.
- Minimum 7–12 years hospital pharmacy experience with at least 3–5 years as Pharmacy Manager / Head of Department.
- Valid license + Prometric/DataFlow completed or ready.
- Strong Arabic & English.
- Age <52 years.
- Previous Middle East/GCC/Libya experience = big advantage.
