Position Overview:

TrueScripts Management Services provides prescription benefit management expertise at a personal and customized level to ensure optimum value at the lowest possible costs for clients all around the US. This position will be responsible for management and communications of pricing matters to pharmacy, State regulatory agencies, internal and external members, and client personnel. This position will develop knowledge of claim adjudication process utilizing NCPDP standards and contribute to the development of pharmacy manual and support the pharmacy network team, implementation, and claims reconciliations teams.


Responsibilities include:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Cervey and pharmacy networks and pricing.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and resolution with pharmacy setup and pricing in Cervey.
  • Represent Operations on cross-functional teams and projects, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify training process improvement within operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry’s best practices and incorporate them into daily business.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Pharmacy setup, Pharmacy Pricing and Cervey.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert to the pharmacy help desk team, to address all questions as it relates to pharmacy setup and pricing.
