Responsibilities

• Open the store on time and ensure all systems and equipment are operational
• Monitor customer queues and proactively reduce patient waiting times
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, and prepare daily float
• Promote weekly specials and upsell relevant products to customers
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall store security
• Keep accurate records of sales, stock levels, and equipment conditions
• Receive incoming goods, manage stock transfers, handle error reports, and assist with regular stock counts
• Enter daily sales data into SAP and maintain up-to-date records
• Organize and file retail-related documentation efficiently
• Assist in the preparation of monthly performance and sales reports
• Support the onboarding and training process for new team members
• Conduct daily briefings for store promoters
• Take on additional duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance store operations

Requirements

• GCE N or O Level qualification
• 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Team player, self-motivated, and proactive
