What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and support a team of pharmacy technicians and drivers to ensure safe, efficient daily operations.
- Coordinate staffing, schedules, and work assignments to meet operational demands.
- Oversee medication ordering, receiving, preparation, inventory management, and distribution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and state and federal pharmacy regulations.
- Monitor productivity, accuracy, and workflow to maintain high operational standards.
- Conduct employee training, performance evaluations, and ongoing development.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen pharmacy operations.
- Maintain medication security, inventory accuracy, and proper handling of expired or returned medications.
- Collaborate with pharmacy leadership and internal teams to resolve operational challenges and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Step in to support pharmacy technician or driver responsibilities when operational needs require it.
