Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking a Pharmacy Support Technician to join its Radius Living Rx team.

REPORTING STRUCTUREThe Pharmacy Support Technician reports to the Order Fulfillment Manager.

The Pharmacy Support Technician is responsible for supporting the pharmacy operations by performing a variety of tasks, including scanning and packaging medication deliveries, adding stickers to final products, pulling medications, processing medication returns, and ordering supplies, as well as assisting the fill team as needed to package medication. This role is essential in ensuring that our pharmacy runs smoothly and efficiently, ultimately helping to provide excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities

Support pharmacy operations by:

  • Toting deliveries
  • Sorting and preparing cycles for packaging
  • Assisting with inventory tasks (putting away medications, restocking shelves, pulling expired product)
  • Processing facility and salvage returns.
  • Assisting filling team as a secondary function
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or supervising pharmacist

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Active and valid pharmacy technician license/certification preferred
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
  • Organizational skills
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $20 - $23 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.

Full-time benefits-eligible employment begins at a minimum of 30 hours per week:
