Company Job Description/Day to Day Duties:
This position will be working direction with Care Plus Health Plans in Miami, which is part of Humana.
Looking for a pharmacy technician able to communicate in a professional manner with doctors, insurance companies, and other pharmacy personnel to assist with patient inquiries, benefits, and payments. They will also be reaching out for prior authorization requests.
Minimum Education/Qualifications/Licensures:
HS diploma or GED
Must have clear and active Pharm Tech license in the state of FL
Must have active PTCB national certification
At least 1 year experience in a specialty or retail pharmacy
Prior authorization experience
Employment Type: 6 month contract with possibility of going longer
