About Big Tree Medical

Big Tree Medical is a direct primary care practice founded in 2017 by Dr. Adam Wheeler, built on a simple idea: healthcare should be more affordable, more personal, and more convenient. Instead of working through insurance, members pay a simple monthly membership for unlimited access to their care team, same-day appointments, and direct communication with their providers.

Our pharmacy is an essential part of that mission. Big Tree Pharmacy launched in 2020 and is designed to make medications accessible and affordable for our patients. We’re growing, and we’re looking for people who share our belief that healthcare should put patients first.

What You’ll Do

• Support day-to-day pharmacy operations with an emphasis on a great customer experience
• Accurately process and dispense medications under pharmacist supervision
• Help patients with prescription questions, refills, pickups, and other pharmacy needs
• Contribute to a warm, welcoming, relationship-based pharmacy environment
• Share ideas and help shape the patient experience as our pharmacy model grows

What We’re Looking For

Requirements

• Previous pharmacy experience is required. We’re looking for a technician who already knows their way around a pharmacy and can hit the ground running
• Current Pharmacy Technician license
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
• Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
• Closed weekends
