Position Summary
General Summary/Responsibilities\:
Under the direct supervision of the Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacists and according to standard procedures, assists in total prescription filling process\: data entry, inventory management, counting, labeling, filing and billing of prescribed products.
Coordinates care (with a multi-disciplinary team) directly with patients and caregivers.
Works with other team members and outside entities (insurance companies, PBMs, manufacturers) to obtain/verify patient financial responsibilities.
Delivery to patient homes/treatment sites as directed.
