Phased Array Radar Program Analyst

You will serve as a Phased Array Radar Program Analyst of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.

You will work within a coalition process to achieve organizational goals by coordinating with and advising a staff comprised of military, civilian, and support contractors.

You will advise the Chief of Naval Operations on the formulation, coordination, supervision, and execution of Navy shipbuilding and conversion programs for surface combatant ships.

You will be responsible for the management of all aspects of phased array radars, across portfolio programs within the Surface Warfare Division.

You will serve as the Division's primary radar technical advisor by creating, sharing, managing, and applying master knowledge to effectively and efficiently integrate radar capability into the Navy's inventory of Surface Ships.

You will review the development of program planning documentation, to include technical, budget, schedule, management, and personnel planning.

You will review and assess Navy plans, policies, instructions, and requirements documents for the Division's equities.

You will review and establish Budget Exhibits submitted by the Budget Submitting Office (BSO).

You will develop program plans including milestone documentation and other plans and reports.

You will draft and/or approve formal presentations and high-level briefings to support and defend proposals.
