📌 About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Jewish Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our growing grocery ordering team.

In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls, assist customers with placing grocery orders, and accurately enter orders into an online ordering portal.

The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, a warm and professional phone presence, and enjoys helping customers.

💼 Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Assist customers with placing grocery orders over the phone.
- Accurately enter customer orders into the online ordering system.
- Verify customer information and order details before submission.
- Answer basic customer questions and provide order assistance.
- Maintain a friendly, patient, and helpful attitude on every call.
- Handle multiple orders while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Follow company procedures and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service.
