Photo Editor
Summary
Edits and retouches product, model, and e-commerce photos using Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom and AI tools to meet brand standards and deadlines.
We are seeking a skilled Photo/video Editor with 2–3 years of experience to retouch and enhance images from photoshoots, including model and product photography. The ideal candidate must be proficient in AI-powered editing tools, have a strong eye for detail, and deliver polished, brand-consistent visuals on deadline. Knowledge of photography is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and retouch photoshoot images, model images, and product shots for e-commerce, marketing, and social media.
- Perform color correction, skin retouching, background removal, and object cleanup.
- Use AI editing tools to speed up workflows (background generation/removal, upscaling, batch retouching, generative fill, etc.).
- Ensure consistency in tone, lighting, and style across all images.
- Resize, crop, and format images for various platforms and channels.
- Maintain organized files and adhere to naming and folder conventions.
- Collaborate with photographers, designers, and marketing teams to meet creative briefs.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience as a Photo Editor / Retoucher (portfolio required).
- Expert in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Must have hands-on experience with AI editing tools.
- Strong knowledge of retouching, masking, and color grading techniques.
- Understanding of product and fashion/model photography workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred / Plus Points
- Photography skills (ability to shoot product/model images is a strong advantage).
- Experience with e-commerce/product catalog editing.
- Familiarity with Capture One or other editing tools.
- Experience with batch processing and automation.
Education & Experience
- [Degree/diploma in Photography, Graphic Design, or related field — or equivalent experience]
- 2–3 years of relevant editing experience.
