Visual Crew Pro is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Photo Editor / Retoucher to join our team on a part-time, project-based basis.
We provide professional visual editing services to businesses and are looking for a reliable editor who can take projects as they become available and consistently deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities
Professional photo editing and retouching
Color correction and color grading
Exposure, contrast, lighting, and white balance adjustments
Background removal and replacement
Object removal and image cleanup
Skin and portrait retouching
Product and commercial photo editing
Real estate and interior/exterior photo enhancement
Image resizing, cropping, and optimization
Following client references and brand guidelines
Making revisions based on client feedback
Delivering projects within agreed deadlines
Requirements
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Experience with Adobe Lightroom
Strong understanding of color, composition, lighting, and image quality
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to produce natural-looking professional retouching
Ability to follow references and reproduce a requested editing style
Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently
Experience with AI-powered photo editing tools is a plus

Compensation
