PHP Backend Engineer (Symfony, Laravel)

Summary
Backend engineer designing and building features in PHP 8.1 with Symfony 5 and Laravel on MSSQL/PostgreSQL, plus Redis, Elasticsearch, AWS/GCP and Docker. Day to day includes estimation, writing tested robust code, and communicating with stakeholders; ~40 hrs/week flexible, offices in Iași and Bucharest, Romania.

Responsibilities:
- Participation in the estimation and planning of development tasks
- Designing and implementing new features, extend existing ones.
- Write robust and efficient code primarily using PHP 8.1, Symfony 5, Laravel and * MSSQL
- Communication with project stakeholders, including the product management team.
- Maintain good coverage of code base with unit and integration tests
Interview process:
1 interview with PM and Team Lead - 1-1.5 hour duration
Work Conditions:
We provide a flexible working schedule with about 40 hours a week, 20 vacation days, and 10 paid sick leaves a year.
Location
We currently don't have an office in Ukraine, but have few in Iași and Bucharest, Romania.
