Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior PHP Full Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience who can handle end-to-end development, from backend architecture to frontend implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PHP frameworks, modern frontend technologies, and a solid understanding of scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications
- Develop backend services using PHP frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony
- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern JS frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps)
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers

Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in PHP with 6+ years of experience
- Hands-on experience with frameworks like Laravel / CodeIgniter
- Strong knowledge of frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Experience with modern JS frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
- Strong database knowledge (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Understanding of MVC architecture and OOP concepts

Good to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Familiarity with Docker / CI-CD pipelines
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Core technical AI knowledge: Familiarity with AI-powered code assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for generating PHP/Laravel boilerplate, refactoring legacy code, and automating unit test creation.
- Soft skills for using AI chatbots/agents: Ability to craft precise, step-by-step prompts(prompt engineering) to debug complex SQL queries, optimize nested loops, or refactor service classes, while critically reviewing AI outputs for security vulnerabilities and business logic alignment.
